Responsibilities
- Assist clients in making appointments for purchases, test drives, and other sales needs
- Make contact with potential and past clients via telephone, email, and text coordinating vehicle replacement efforts across the entire database
- Become knowledgeable about the Ford Motor Company portfolio of vehicles and programs.
Qualifications:
- Inbound and outbound phone call experience preferred but not necessary, auto industry a plus
- Appointment setting skills
- CRM Skills a plus
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow up skills
- Self-motivator
- Bilingual (Spanish) major plus
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
