Giro Pack, Inc., the leader in manufacturing net packaging, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our Midtown Atlanta office. In this role, you will interact professionally with our valued customers when they place orders, have questions or concerns. We’re looking for a highly skilled customer support specialist to join our team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls and email requests using a friendly, helpful approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality. This person must have experience in a manufacturing environment, SAP, and sales, as the opportunity may arise to promote company products and services. The most successful customer support specialist will have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers by providing quotes, entering orders and general customer service inquiries.
- Set up new customer accounts by entering information and notifying accounting to complete the approval and credit line process.
- Document and follow protocol of any quality related issues reported by customer.
- Follow up on outstanding quality complaints and forthcoming resolutions and notify customer of progress. Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Create and send all Invoices for Consumables, Maintenance Service Contracts and Spare parts.
- Prepare credit and or debit memos as required.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Process vendor invoices and forward to accounting.
- Order Entry, verification of information to ensure correctly entered.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- SAP experience required (3 years minimum).
- Customer service experience in manufacturing required.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and provide effective solutions.
- Works well with others and helps foster a supportive work environment.
- Comfortable problem solving while also creating an enjoyable experience for our customers.
- Knows how to ease conflict and provide the appropriate resolutions.
- Completes tasks on time and can prioritize work.

Salary - $55k to $58k, depending upon experience.
