Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in restaurant management.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently met
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and catering services
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Experience in bartending or coffee service is a plus
