General Job Description:
The Office Coordinator ensures that office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities, adding maximum value to the company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Orders food for large events and meetings.

Monitors inventory, orders and restocks supplies for the office and break areas.
- Oversees mail room operations.

Receives and submits all maintenance requests.

Establishes relationships with company vendors and suppliers.
-
Plans and organizes social and holiday events for the administrative offices.

Submits orders for promotional items and company swag.
- Covers the front desk as needed.
-
Manages budget for the administrative offices.
-
Managing schedules for conference and community spaces.
-
Submits work orders and schedules repairs for general office space and equipment.
-
Maintains conference rooms with appropriate supplies.
- Orders furniture and office equipment as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Min: USD $25.00/Hr. Max: USD $28.00/Hr. Minimum Education: High School Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4 Specific Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bilingual – English and Spanish

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with event planning and working with vendors preferred.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associates Degree or higher preferred.

Minimum 3 years’ work experience.

Experience in an administrative role or similar office setting.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
