Administrative Assistant

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
- Assists in preparation and/or review of initial paperwork for procedures/work instructions.
- Update and revise quality and production work instructions as needed.
- Modify all old work instructions to new the format.
This temporary (full-time), hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager.
Required experience:
· Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Access a plus.
· Create and maintain spreadsheets, graphs, and charts.
