Associate - Project Finance
As a Project Finance Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in representing major financial institutions, sponsors, and developers in complex domestic and cross-border project financings. Your responsibilities will include structuring, negotiating, and drafting loan documents, security agreements, and other transaction-related legal documents. You'll work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to handle sophisticated deals across various industries and geographies.

Deal Structuring and Documentation:

Prepare and negotiate financing documents for project finance transactions.

Advise clients on commercial terms, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Industry Expertise:

Work across diverse sectors, including financial services, technology, life sciences, energy, real estate, entertainment, sports, and media.

Handle capital markets, M&A, private equity, bank finance, restructuring, and tax matters.

Global Perspective:

Engage in cross-border work, often in less developed economies where infrastructure development is critical.

Collaborate with international investors, banks, and corporations.

Litigation Support:

Assist in resolving disputes related to project financing.

Represent clients in white-collar defense, complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, and securities matters.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the New York State Bar.

3 years of experience in project finance law.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complex transactions.

Proven track record in commercial and cross-border deals.
