Currently we are seeking a professional to fill the position of Service/Warranty Representative. Candidate must be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. This person must be a problem-solver, multi-tasker, have exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and a willingness to adapt and learn. Service/Warranty Representative will also utilize their customer service training to educate and establish rapport and assist customer in choosing service and products and work with vendors on warranty issues.
Pay Range: $20-$28/hr depending on experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Always maintain professionalism and excellent customer service
- Speak clearly, distinctly, and professionally on the telephone and face to face encounters
- Answer multiline telephone in a professional manner
- Work as a team player and be willing to assist co-workers in other duties
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to technicians
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems
- Be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise
- Be able to listen and resolve customer inquiries while updating account information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common
- Work with vendors, customers, and technicians on warranty issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service required
- HVAC and or Plumbing knowledge is a plus
