Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Receptionist. You must be able to work in our Amherst, MA and Northampton, MA locations. We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to join our Oral Surgery Practice. Must be able to multi-task, have excellent computer and communication skills, a friendly disposition and be comfortable in a busy office setting. Dental experience preferred but not required. Compensation depends on experience. Office hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Answering multi-lined phones
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the surgical staff.
- Confirming appointments
- Communicating with insurance companies to verify patient benefits
- Estimating and presenting patient financial responsibilities
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Professional office experience
