General Description
The Warehouse Manager organize materials to direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in stocking parts, pulling parts/kits, auditing and maintaining inventory. The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations and manages receiving, handling, storing, packing, and shipping activities of the warehouse, ensures quality of work, inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment and tracking on time delivery of shipment to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service,
- Develops, implements, and maintains stockroom’s procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible for planning activities related to the material control, inventory control, kitting, and audit.
- Develop and propose plans to improve controls and layout of stock related areas.
- Coordinate with management and employees in other departments to resolve materials related issues.
- Assure that movement of materials from receiving dock to shop floor is accomplished in a timely manner.
- Supervise the taking of inventory on schedule as determined by the Manager, Materials.
- Ensure the kits are ready for manufacturing as required by production line.
- Develop long-term solutions to recurrent material shortage and control problems.
- Supervise and train employees to ensure that they are performing in the most efficient manner.
Minimum Educational Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of proven record of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience,
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience within a PCBA manufacturing environment and handling of Electronics components is required,
- Working knowledge of barcode scanners, barcode software, and label printing software/equipment,
- FedEx, UPS, International shipments, and commercial invoices experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- MS-Office and MRP knowledge is required.
- Ideal candidates must have strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Previous Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of calculated experience in contract manufacturing (Manufacturing and Business management). In addition, strong presentation, written and verbal communications, negotiating and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Understanding of MRP (Material Requirement Planning)
- Managing Kit Auditors, Receiving and Shipping Personnel
- Understanding of components, PCB, and PCBA
- Ability to read BOMs
- Knowledge of inventory movement, raw materials, and WIP
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and standup activities through the entire shift

Pay: $53,889.21 - $106,845.49 per year
