- Support learning and change management at the enterprise level
- Partner with key HR and Business stakeholders to develop and implement change management and learning plans
- Ensure consistency of change management and training approach, implement standard operating processes and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with HR and Business leadership resources to consult with and coach project teams
- Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
- Interprets internal/external business environment
- Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives
- Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products
- May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
- Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an HR-related function that includes Change Management, Learning Design and Development and/or Talent Management\
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Change management and or project management certification is preferred but not required

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
