Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an Office Administrator at Brandner Design, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our office's smooth operation. An ideal team member exhibits great attention to detail, and demonstrates effective independent judgment in planning, prioritizing, and organizing a diversified workload. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating shipping, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
* Track inventory levels and place orders as necessary
* Coordinate with shipping providers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for timely deliveries
* Manage online platforms, including Shopify and Dropbox
* Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate staff, and take messages
* Greet clients and maintain a tidy, professional reception area
* Distribute mail and packages
* Perform light housekeeping duties to keep common areas clean and organized
* Support other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Chrome.
* Experience with online shipping platforms and Shopify.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to prioritise the workload effectively.
* Ability to problem-solve and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
* Performs work tasks with a consistent pattern of attention to detail.
* Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
* Reliable, responsible, and resourceful.
Work Environment:
* This is an on-site position in our Bozeman office
* Full-time/part-time (30-40 hours/week), Monday-Friday, no weekends
