Manage our growing customer service team by reinforcing our customer focused culture and processes
- Identify potential gaps in customer coverage to better protect their families. Then refer them to our sales department.

Provide exceptional customer service, with empathy, on high level service issues

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus!

Must possess a valid Property & Casualty License

Must have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and have a true passion for helping people!

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Need to advise our customers on their risks and be able to provide solutions

Must be willing to work out of both of our agency locations. One location is near Bass Pro Shops and the other is in Benton

Must work well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
