Description:
With outstanding customer service and professional presentation, the Valet Runner is responsible for providing valet parking service in a safe expeditious manner.
Position Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive attitude and smile when interacting with guests.

Park guest’s vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.

Keep vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic moving as needed to avoid backups.

Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
-
Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints with integrity and poise, provide information on parking procedures and/or policies.

Open doors and lift, carry, and/or remove items from vehicle as requested by guests.
-
Actively look for ways to assist guests.

Maintain accurate information about all events to properly respond to guest inquiries.

Attend training classes as directed by supervisor.

Keep the assigned area clean.
-
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education:
-
High school diploma, or the equivalent preferred.
Qualifications:
-
21 years of age.
-
Valid Drivers License.
-
Clean driving record and background.
-
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
-
Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
-
Availability to work flexible shifts/hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, at varying locations.

Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Pervious valet experience required.

Must present a professional, friendly image and appearance.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Work cooperatively with others

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions and information in English.

Ability to use personal computer and hand-held applications.

Must be able to multitask in a fast pace and high-volume environment.
