Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
a) Participates in and regulates performance and budget which each associate which includes a structured meeting atleast once per month to review associate issues, account issues, and other, as applicable.
b) Attends Board of Directors meetings with those supervised as needed to evaluate performance, ascertain needs for additional training, and to build a rapport with the existing Board members.
c) Performs a detailed and timely review of each person supervised.
d) Performs a review of each board packet and financial report in area of responsibility prior to distribution to the Board.
e) Performs a detailed review of all correspondence being generated to attorneys, developers, and entire membership of any account prior to those communications being mailed.
f) Conducts monthly audit of minute records of those supervised in accordance with Beacon procedures.
g) Oversees and becomes involved in any potential or actual litigation with any association in area of responsibility
- Reviews and timely approves payroll for area of responsibility and submits to payroll department for processing.
- Tracks all lawsuits as assigned or in area of responsibility according to company policy and procedure and oversees those lawsuits when Beacon Management Services is named, whether account is a current client or not.
- Coordinates with other associates the set-up of new associations, transitions of existing associations, termination of existing association within area of responsibility.
- As community and industry involvement are important to the company's business philosophy, participates in at least one CAI Georgia committee.
- Commits to attending all designated company meetings and events as well as supervisor meetings, area of responsibility team meetings, and others that may be needed from time to time.
- Works collectively with senior staff on strategies to effect and implement new company procedures, policy changes, etc.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to other work locations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exhibits excellent and proven oral presentation and written communication skills.
- Displays a commitment to the company as exercised through understanding of the company's mission, vision, beliefs and awareness of current strategic plan
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality to the office as well as any/all company meetings, client meetings and other activities.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrates ability to train and educate staff.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Atleast 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar capacity; able to demonstrate verifiable results in process improvement and quality assurance. Possesses a college degree or commiserate experience. Active Community Association Manager is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Georgia Driver's License and State Mandated Vehicle Insurance. Possess certification from PCAM, CMCA or AMS strongly desired.
