Our company believes its Maintenance team members are essential to every apartment community, and therefore we are adding an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to join one of our fantastic apartment communities in Chandler, AZ.
Here is what some of our new team members have said:
“What makes this place so special is their open-door policy. You can always reach out to a supervisor or executive at any level, and they will make sure you are supported. It is a loyal and dedicated work culture that can keep so many long-term employees and provides countless growth opportunities.”
“Having personally experienced it, I can confirm the significant influence of supportive and effective leadership in our organization. The transparent communication from our management team has been invaluable, creating an environment that actively supports and encourages learning, skill development, and personal growth.”
“When I started, I felt like it was going to be like any other place, they handed me the keys and it was going to be trial by fire. But when I met ----- and ----------- I’m not going to lie, at first it was still a fire, but I felt like someone was there supporting me and guiding me through, showing me a path to success.”
A little more about us….
We are a dynamic, privately held, owner operated, entrepreneurial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, renovation, and management, of multi-family apartment and commercial office properties in the Southwest. Featuring communities in Northern and Southern California, as well as the Greater Las Vegas and Phoenix Metros. We are also actively acquiring new communities in these markets, five in the last 26 months, and looking to enter the Greater Denver Metro market in 2024.
