Ultimate Staffing is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team in Laguna Woods, CA! In this role, you will conduct interviews and screen job applicants to help fill company openings. You'll also play a key role in ensuring our employment program adheres to company policies and government compliance requirements.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and screen candidates

Assist in maintaining compliance with company employment policies and government regulations.

Support the recruitment process from initial candidate contact through onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.

Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.

Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
Desired Skills and Experience:

1-2 years of Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and hiring managers.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
