We are looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of District Leader over our hair salons.
District Leaders are responsible for the operations, team development, and overall performance of the salons that they directly supervise. Their main function is to lead teams and drive results in their salon. They coach, support and develop the teams and lead by exemplifying brand standards and excellent performance in their salons. They make operational decisions for each of their locations in conjunction with salon managers and company leadership.
District Leaders will oversee the hiring, training and firing of salon managers and/or stylists - requiring bold decision making and leadership skills.
Other District Leader responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruiting and training of salon managers.
- Ensuring operational efficiency in each salon.
- Ensuring that all salons meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Addressing operational problems that arise.
- Must be comfortable with computers and be willing to troubleshoot when necessary.
- Must be motivated to learn and grow salon teams.
- Must be able to attend weekly calls and collaborate with peers and company leadership.
Compensation:
- $25/hr inclusive of tax-free travel allowance
- Bonus opportunity of $1000 per month based on performance of salons managed

Requirements:
- Available to work behind the chair 3 days a week, if required.
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgement and time management skills.
- Communicate effectively with salon managers, salon teams, peers and Company leadership.
- Ability to read, understand and analyze various salon reports.
- Ability to develop action plans and performance tasks based on salon reports.
· Cosmetology and/or barbering license is required.
· Must be willing to travel on a daily basis within the DFW metro.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
