The Day to Day (Responsibilities):
Analysis
Provides systems analysis and support to business stakeholders using CRM solutions or willing to use it.
Coordinates with business stakeholders to capture requirements and to translate them into multiple feasible recommendations or specifications.
Creates technical documents for proposed solution and issue resolution to take enough hands-off to development partners.
Reviews design documents generated by the development partners to justify the
Supervises application administration duties performed by partners and provides suggestions or technologies to be improved.
Troubleshoots and resolves outstanding issues from CRM systems.
Ensures that business requirements are met through design, quality assurance and implementation.
Build reports for our process improvement and work with Business team to build reports for the business operation visibilities.
Design/Development/Implementation
Design and document technical recommendations and solution proposals to address business needs and provide value-driven solutions.
Work with software engineers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically, and to ensure that project deliverables are met within specified timelines.
Develop software programs, scripts and automations using low-code development platforms (MS Power Apps, MS PowerAutomate)
Plan and manage approved software implementation support activities (Development, installations, upgrades, enhancements, etc.) for the assigned projects.
Coordinate with external resources, i.e. (Hosted) application service providers, consultants, offshore developers and partners in Asia and Europe.
Work with internal product management team and development team to build technical roadmaps that align with business capability roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
Ensure that business requirements are met through design, quality assurance and implementation.
Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, analytical and troubleshooting skills, system design, user interaction design, Our CRM platform (MS Dynamics 365 customer service, field service, project operations, and sales force automation modules), low-code development (PowerPlatform), TSQL, PowerBI (optional), Japanese languages (optional)

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
