What We Need
Corpay is looking to hire a Compensation Analyst within our Corporate Overhead division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will support the strategic planning, design, development, implementation, and communication of global compensation programs, and for managing externally competitive, fully integrated, geographically flexible, and cost-effective measures for our compensation programs and initiatives. This will also include gathering and analyzing data and delivering accurate reports promptly. Must be proficient in MS Excel to analyze trends, check for anomalies, and provide management feedback. This role will have exposure to senior managers and staff due to the nature of the work. You will report directly to the Director, of Global Compensation and regularly collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and HR Strategic partners.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Consulting – Consulting with Business Leaders, HR Partners, and Talent Acquisition Partners on various compensation inquiries and providing advice and expertise based on Compensation Philosophy and best practices
- Job Leveling – Supporting the process to define and evaluate the knowledge and skills that are necessary to perform the job and establishes the job's duties, responsibilities, tasks, and level of authority within the organization's job hierarchy
- Job Management and Pricing – Creating jobs as needed and evaluating jobs to determine classification and pay range, and maintaining job and pay range database
- Salary Surveys – Participating in annual compensation surveys by gathering internal data and matching internal jobs to survey jobs for timely annual survey submission
- Data Audits – Auditing Workday HCM and Dayforce HCM system to ensure compensation-related changes are made correctly and data is accurately reflected; investigate & resolve discrepancies
- Annual Compensation Review Process – Supporting the planning, execution, and communications for the global annual compensation review process; assist in the administration of Company base pay and bonus programs including equity and annual bonus processes
- Global Compliance – Supporting competitive pay practices that are compliant with all global requirements (i.e., FLSA, minimum wage, minimum living, pay transparency).
- Ad-hoc Reporting – Generating reports from various compensation data as needed, sources include, but are not limited to, HRIS reports, data gathered from HRBPs, and excel created reports
- Additional Responsibilities – Participating in compensation special projects including but not limited to salary structure review, dashboard creation, communications and/or presentation decks, acquisition integration
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, from an accredited college or university or equivalent direct experience (5-7 years)
- Introduction to incentive programs (cash, equity, and/or sales compensation)
- Payscale/Payfactors, Radford/McLagan, Workday and Dayforce experience is a plus
- Ability to consolidate and work with large volumes of employee compensation data
- Ability to independently develop, execute, and manage average to highly complex reports; strong problem-solving skills with some experience with database software/tools
General Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical/numeric skillset with the ability to master new systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high degree of sensitivity and exercise discretion regarding confidential material
- High attention to detail and well-organized
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Maintains knowledge and legal compliance regarding compensation practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
