We have started a new contract with a luxury property at Sacramento & Taylor requiring an onsite community manager. The position will work from the property approximately 20 hours a week, and will be the main contact for the community, vendors, and the board. Duties will also include onsite support for a few other properties in the city as assigned by our main office.
We anticipate adding another large property turning this roll in to full time - although can still be partially work from home. There’s also an opportunity to add more hours and tasks as we grow – and these can be work from home or from the office as preferred.
Reliable transportation, a smartphone, and internet access will be required. CACM or similar certification is desired, or willing to get one. Due to the nature of property management, the team is expected to be reachable at any time for emergencies. However, a lot of our work can be done over Zoom and we do have a 24/7 call center and vendor list to handle most situations.
