Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and customer service, with a focus on technical and technology sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Oversee outside sales activities and ensure effective territory management
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing a successful sales team
- Background in technical sales or technology sales preferred
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in account management is a plus
