Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management or related and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
- Coordinate and execute office events and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately

- Provide support to staff in various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in event planning and coordination
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with staff members
