As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems and processes. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions - Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues - Perform mechanical knowledge to design tooling and fixtures for automated systems - Program and troubleshoot Fanuc robots and other robotic systems - Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes - Configure and maintain distributed control systems (DCS) - Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed engineering drawings - Program logic controllers (PLCs) to control automated machinery - Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Proven experience in automation engineering or a similar role - Strong knowledge of robotics, including programming and troubleshooting Fanuc robots - Proficient in AutoCAD software for creating engineering drawings - Experience with distributed control systems (DCS) and logic controllers - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and practices - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis - Strong mechanical knowledge for designing tooling and fixtures - Knowledge of CGMP regulations is preferred Join our team as an Automation Engineer and contribute to the development of cutting-edge automated systems.
