SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
American Eagle Outfitters’ Pittsburgh, PA, office seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst. This is a fully remote position and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States. Will be responsible for supporting Payments Product Owners on areas of the customer journey, tools, and processes as well as coordinating writing, analysis, and planning with cross-functional partners. Duties include: (i) serving as a technical resource for defining the customer’s business & application objectives, and providing technical implementation support for e-commerce Payments programs; (ii) serving as a valued technical partner to our Product organization and helping to document findings and prepare recommendations and goal setting for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes; and (iii) gathering, interpreting and creating current and future business process flows using Unified Modeling language, activity diagrams, use cases, test cases.
This is a fully remote position and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States.
Must have a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Systems Engineering or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related position.
Must also have any experience with or knowledge of: (i) industry standard secure payment eco system; (ii) payment architecture of leading payment processors/gateways like Adyen, PayPal, Apple Pay, FirstData (BOFA), block and etc., and integrating them with e-commerce and point of sale payment ecosystems; (iii) writing technical documentation to implement new payment features using Java, Python, Web, K8s, serverless platforms, spring boot, spring webflux; (iv) Payment Encryption and PCI compliance for database and storage using Oracle, MS SQL server, MongoDB, or Redis, nosql etc.; (v) API development for securely processing the payment information using RESTFUL/SOAP web services; (vi) Defining the User Acceptance Testing artifacts; (vii) ensuring the E2E payment processing and settlement of funds, ledgers, and reporting; and (viii) analyzing and defining requirements for cross functional systems which help is supporting payment/order lifecycle.
Experience can be concurrent.
