We are committed to bringing our high-quality brands to United States market, and we are currently looking for one Territory Sales Representatives who can help develop new customers and work in the territory mainly in the city of Chicago, Illinois.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing business relationships with business or retail customers within the U.S. market. The primary focus will be working independently and managing territory sales of Laminate Floors, achieving individual monthly sales targets and overall growth of the company.
This is an ideal role for an experienced sales professional in the wood/flooring industry field with the drive, ambition, and know-how to take proven capabilities and grow a business.
Additionally, the Territory Sales Representative studies market trends and advises management on necessary action plans. Key duties will include:
- In-depth knowledge and expertise of flooring/building materials industry.
- Contribute to the creation and responsible for the execution of a strategic sales plan including market penetration, account management and delivery of plan.
- Work with management to establish annual sales objectives and targets and manager the sales process.
- Drive new business growth and build critical mass within agreed timeframes in target regions.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets to act as a guideline that enables measurement of individual performance.
- Attend relevant events/conferences.
- Travel all of the United States with initial primary focus in Chicago/New York.
Skills and Qualifications
Territory Sales Representative candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills as they interact with new clients while maintaining a healthy relationship with current ones. Additionally, they will have strong analytical thinking skills that enable them to study the market and decide on strategies to promote new products and services offered. Some other essential qualifications may include:
- Experience in same industry preferred
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set attainable goals for regions, and following up to ensure these are achieved
- High commitment to regularly monitoring sales based on company-imposed regulations and goals
- Executes exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and monitoring their satisfaction before, during, and after sales
- Able to function and work independently and confidently

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
