Growing Orthopedic Office - the Orthopedic Clinical Discharge Coordinator will assist Provider(s) during clinic in assigned location. The coordinator performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care activities such as enter medications, outgoing referrals and escort patients to discharge; Obtain necessary forms from Patients; Collect data and accurately input data into all Intake sections of EMR; Prepare and create orders for XR, DME, labs, etc., when appropriate. Obtain results of lab and diagnostic testing. The coordinator is responsible for Patient Call Backs on messages, prescriptions and referrals. The clinical discharge coordinator must be able to multi task, verify forms for accuracy, perform clinical audits, maintain professionalism in fast paced situations.

-One year of medical office experience preferred

-Must be able to work independently with strong organizational skills and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
