Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Helpdesk Specialist to provide exceptional technical support via phone. The Helpdesk Specialist will resolve basic Windows and Mac problems including application errors, system crashes, and network connectivity issues.
Required Experience (5+ years):
- Experience as a Helpdesk Specialist/IT Support Specialist/Desktop Support Specialist.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices running Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices running Mac OS and iOS.
- Experience with Genesys
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with One Note
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with SCCM Remote Control Viewer
- Experience with Team Viewer
Required Education:
- Associate's Degree
- Note: Associate's Degree may be replaced by IT training, additional 5 years' experience, and/or certification.
Responsibilities:
- Create New Hire Profiles, software installs and troubleshoot basic issues pertaining to applications or PC connectivity issues.
- Support and troubleshoot Genesys, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, One Note, SharePoint, SCCM Remote Control Viewer & Team Viewer.
- Manage incoming support ticket queue.
- Act as the escalation point for more advanced tasks and troubleshoot more difficult issues.
- Provide training to the Tier I technicians allowing growth in knowledge.
