JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the General Manager (GM) of the Hancock Wellness Center, the Clinical Exercise Supervisor is responsible for general oversight, creation and delivery of programs and services, and staffing of clinical programming within the Hancock Wellness Centers. The Supervisor will be responsible for measuring and delivering integrated clinical programs and services, building a team to deliver on those offerings, and coordinating opportunities with key stakeholders within the Wellness Centers as well as across the broader Hancock Health and community system of care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and manages clinically-integrated programs and services ? delivery and implementation, reporting, deployment of value-added technologies/solutions, new program ideation, evaluation, development, and execution
- Utilizes resources and key customers from other hospital departments in conjunction with the medical director?s oversight to develop and adjust programs
- Encourages and tracks program engagement as part of the ongoing member retention strategy, including utilization tracking, identifying low users for review appointments, and providing other member communications
- Works closely with other Supervisors on documenting equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and other operational considerations in the Centers
- Develops and coordinates new employee orientation and is responsible for on-going employee training.
- Works with the GM to develop the annual fitness budget and manages the department to comply with the budget
- Attends weekly management meetings and conducts regular team meetings
- Maintains responsibility for ongoing positive communications with peers, supervisors, and employees, and adheres to all Wellness Center policies
- Follows hospital and department policies and procedures as a role model for and with special attention to attendance and punctuality, confidentiality, dress codes, and display of ID badge
- Functions as MOD as assigned
- All other duties as assigned
