**Overview:**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations.
**Duties:**
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and execution
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate cooking procedures
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and controlling food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Support banquet and catering events as needed
-Write the schedule, place the order & manage kitchen staff
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or caterring setting
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain a positive work environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus
