Responsibilities:
- Work directly with children with autism to provide CBT/ABA therapy
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Conduct patient assessments and collect data on progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment goals
- Provide support and guidance to families of children with autism
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Monitor and document behavioral health progress and outcomes
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
- Strong patient care skills, including empathy, patience, and compassion
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools used in autism assessment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Proficient in documenting medical records accurately and efficiently
- Ability to implement behavioral therapy strategies effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
