Located at IU Health Medical Tower, this RN position is for someone who would enjoy working with employees in an occupational health setting! The nurse will collaborate with other departments involving patient safety, and should enjoy working in groups. Other duties include blood drawing and administering vaccinations. Requires computer work and ability to learn new systems. Candidates for this position should want to work in a fast-paced environment that is detailed oriented and provides great customer service. This position works closely with our HR teams, Absence Management, Workers Compensation, and will learn different facets in each department to care for our team members.
This is a temporary PRN/supplemental role to administer flu vaccines to IU Health team members. It does not qualify for benefits.
Schedule: Days, Monday - Friday
No weekends! No holidays!

- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
- Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
