Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Professionals, including Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, LNAs, and CNAs, to join our outstanding team. Your role will be crucial in helping older adults remain in their own homes by providing home care services that promote independence, social engagement, and overall well-being. This Position Requires:
- Availability to work agreed agreed-upon hours based on your scheduling requirements.
- Commitment to maintaining a consistent presence during agreed-upon hours.
- Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Full-time 30 plus per week
- Overnights, 10-11 hours per night, (8pm-7am or 9pm-8am)
- Evenings, (4pm-8pm or 5pm-9pm)

Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
- Provide clients with ADLs as directed, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
- Document completed tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior.
- Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional support.
- Assist with IADLs such as light housekeeping and laundry.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong commitment to providing quality care.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
