Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of audit engagements from planning to the issuance of financial statements.

Oversee multiple client audit engagements, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

Engage proactively with client management to gather information, address audit issues, and recommend process improvements.

Lead the preparation of financial statements and management letters.

Review and prepare work papers to ensure comprehensive documentation supporting audit conclusions.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to engagement teams, fostering their continuous development.

Conduct training and mentorship for staff to enhance their professional growth.

Offer subject matter expertise within designated areas of responsibility.

Support new client development through participation in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

CPA designation or equivalent education and experience.

Minimum of 5 years of recent progressive audit experience within a public accounting firm, with prior management experience.

Proficiency in planning, organizing, implementing, and managing audit engagements.

Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including a deep understanding of US GAAP and GAAS.

Ability to develop staff and build cohesive teams.
