One of the most important steps in our process is welcoming families into our
awe-inspiring studio and providing them with a once-in-a-lifetime photography
experience. We expertly guide each family through a magical photo experience
that will leave them full of joy and wonder.
This position requires you to learn all roles at the studio; running the front desk,
assisting the photographer and photographing. You must be VERY skilled at
working with children. All your appointments will be pre-booked for your studio so
you can dedicate your time creating beautiful experiences for our families. You will
be responsible for maintaining all studio equipment, ensuring a clean and safe
studio space, and delivering breathtaking portraits and a magical experience for
each and every family. We will provide extensive photography training for the right
candidate. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive
and collaborative working relationship with the team.

Location and Pay:
Pay is commensurate with experience. Our Studio Assistants are compensated
with a starting hourly rate of $17/hour (with potential to move to a higher annual
salary in the future)

Requirements:
- Must love people and families with children of all backgrounds.
- Strong ability to improvise and think on their feet.
- Strong administrative skills and familiarity with technology and office
productivity tools (MS Teams, Zoom, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
- An eye for photography and knowledge of camera and lighting systems is a
huge bonus.
- Must have some background working with children.
- High School education required
- Needs to exhibit a learning mentality and strive for continuous
improvement.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Must be creative, kind, silly, patient, and love working with children.
