Job Overview:
We’re looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to join the team and manage our Harlem and Brooklyn locations on a full-time basis. You’ll be a critical part of the leadership team at Juno and work alongside a care team and talented group of clinicians on a mission to create a healthier world.
As Practice Manager, you will:
- Facilitate day-to-day clinical operations within the practice, including managing patient, staff and provider interactions and maintaining a service-based approach to issue resolution
- Collaborate with and provide strategic guidance to the clinical service line and location Medical Directors
- Partner with our medical team on an ongoing basis to ensure high-quality care delivery and alignment
- Ensure the delivery of a seamless patient experience by all team members through Juno’s patient care model and patient feedback
- Manage the lead care assistants and lead receptionist to ensure exceptional patient care and serve as the key people operations point of contact
- Onboard/ train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and accountability for each team member in their role
- Efficiently manage resources, services, inventory, supplies, and materials and identify opportunities to improve
- Maintain relationships with key partners, including vendors and merchants
- Support revenue operations in collaboration with the revenue cycle management team
- Deliver the flawless execution of brand standards, including cleanliness in all areas of the location
- Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures within the assigned location
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience-based equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in outpatient medical practice management
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with a high degree of comfort in setting priorities for a team and tracking follow-through
- Proficient with EMR configuration and administrative settings management
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management fundamentals and processes
- In-depth experience managing medical inventory and supplies
- General knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
