Pay: Annual Salary, $45,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)

Description:
BeachBox is looking for an experienced, customer-focused individual to join the Guest Services Team as our Manager of Guest Services. The Manager of Guest Services will oversee all aspects of guest communications and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This role will lead and manage the guest services team, fostering a culture of excellence and responsiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Guest Communications: Oversee all guest interactions, ensuring timely and effective communication through various channels (channels, phone, email, text).
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues and concerns promptly, escalating as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the guest services team, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Service Improvement: Continuously assess and improve guest services processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, reservations) to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on guest feedback and service performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all guest services operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Experience & Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a guest services or customer service management role, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Leadership and team management experience.
