Assistant to Accounting Manager is an experienced and nimble team of industrial centrifuge specialists serving municipal water & wastewater, food & beverage, oil & gas, rendering and the pulp and paper industries.
- Required to have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or another related field.
- Purchasing certificate
- 1-2 years’ experience in accounting or related field
Qualifications
- Payroll
- Processing full cycle of accounts payable
- Assisting in tax preparation
- Performing reconciliation for multiple accounts
- Providing general administrative support
- Month and year close
- Prepare documentation for external auditors
- Ability to read and analyze financial statements
- Oversee aging report for both vendors and customers
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Monitoring all invoices and bills are paid in a timely manner
- Reconciliation
- Familiar with economic Nexus
- Compliance with IRS rules
- Filling Sales Tax and compliance
- Understanding of US Tax regulations
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Strong understanding of GAAS
- Oversee the full cycle of supply chain process including approved quote, requisition of PO, and logistics
- Oversee inventory and replenishment
