Job Summary: The Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor at F45 Herricks will lead and manage high-energy group training sessions, ensuring the highest standard of training and member experience. Key Responsibilities:
Training and Coaching:
- Lead high-energy, engaging, and safe F45 group training sessions.
- Provide personalized coaching and support to members, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to diverse fitness levels and goals.
Member Engagement and Retention:
- Build strong relationships with members, offering support and encouragement to help them reach their fitness goals.
- Address member concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member retention and satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the training team to deliver exceptional classes.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and ongoing education sessions to stay updated on the latest fitness trends and F45 methodologies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- CPR/AED certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a group fitness training environment.
- Proven coaching skills with experience in managing group classes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High character, low ego, highly curious, and a continuous learner.
- Disciplined and dependable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Passionate about fitness.
