This position is located in the Department of Behavioral Health, Saint Elizabeths Hospital.
Provides comprehensive administrative and office management support for the Office of the Chief, Quality, Data, Training and Performance Management and program staff. Conducts fact-finding which requires incumbent to research, analyze, and prepare pertinent data/information incidental to reports, statistical studies, special events and on-going projects. Prepares or coordinates preparation of reports/documents; conducts reviews of the operations of programs and provides suggestions; develops administrative data for special reports; manages and controls basic management systems for all incoming action documents; reviews all correspondence and documents for grammatical accuracy, procedural conformity and format compliance. Monitors, maintains and submits various budgetary reports.
Qualifications
Position requires one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level. Specialized experience is experience which is directly related to the position to the filled, and has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position to be filled.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a controlled environment and involves some exposure to moderate risk of accidents and requires following basic safety precautions.

8:15 am to 4:45 pm
