```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of food service operations, including catering, food production, and shift management.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor quality control to ensure that meals are prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service activities with events and special functions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in culinary techniques.

- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations.
