We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst for a credit union located in Los Angeles, CA!
Type: Full-time, temporary
Pay: $35/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm or a shift close to that
Responsibilities:
- Resolve problems with operating systems, office software, line-of-business applications, network connectivity, computer hardware, and other systems.
- Manage user accounts, privileges, and other routine system configuration items.
- Develop and maintain relevant internal and customer-facing documentation.
- Train and supervise student workers as assigned.
- Work independently or as part of a larger team, as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience, preferably in Desktop or Help Desk support.
- Pass a pre-employment background and credit check.
- Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be eager to learn, adapt, and take on responsibilities in new and changing technical environments.
- Excel in a self-directed and -motivated environment
