· Assists the Executive Director in managing the activities of the headquarters;
· Directs certain service contractors;
· Maintains all membership and conference/convention/rally records;
· Communicates with Membership regarding upcoming programs and events; and,
· Organizes operational details of the financial and corporate records and bank accounts.
Job Accountabilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the office;
2. Manage files pertaining to legal records, tax records, leases and confidential corporate records and files;
3. Provide membership statistics, profiles, and special membership reports as required – ensuring that officer information is up to date within our system;
4. Assist the Executive Director in the maintenance of the employee insurance benefit programs (this would include health, life, disability, and retirement programs);
5. Annual Conference responsibilities;
a. Update and maintain all registration records and accounts:
b. Supervise the onsite activities of the registration committee: and
c. Preparation of registration packets, badges, and Delegate material
6. Assist with special projects and assume responsibility for specific projects, as required;
7. Monitor all bookkeeping functions;
8. Communicate with the building management for any problems arising from cleanliness, comfort, safety, or security of leased office space; and,
9. Responsible for maintenance of all office hardware and equipment.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrates good communication skills;
· Maintains corporate confidentiality;
· Good working knowledge of computers and management information systems;
· Demonstrates good resourceful and effective organizational skills, and pays close attention to details;
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a membership-based association preferred; and
· Knowledge of the Catholic Church preferable.
Relationships:
· Responsible to the Executive Director for the duties and responsibilities listed above and for other duties that the Executive Director may assign from time to time; and,
· Communicates as required with the Serra International and National Council Boards.

Pay: $67,500.00 per year
