Cordx is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our team. The Customer Service Representative's daily tasks will include answering questions, guiding customer through troubleshooting, helping customers choose products, and handling inbound customer requests.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via Customer Service Hotline
- Maintaining a calm & professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions
- Providing quality service and support in a variety of areas including product & services information, taking orders, solving inquiries about customer’s accounts, orders, obtaining details of the complaints & system troubleshooting
- Keeping records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years in a call-center, telemarketing, or customer service role
- Medical (especially IVD), biochemical or health care industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
