Job Summary:
The Operations Quality Manager primary function is to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction of rental products installed by the Operations Specialist Teams. You will be an integral part of our delivery operations by verifying cleanliness, parts, and overall delivery quality. We are seeking candidates with great attention to detail and communication skills. This is an entry level position that will have on job training, there are no prior technical skills required.
Description:
- Inspect the installed appliance and other items to ensure they are undamaged, clean & have all parts
- Prep and verify access to designated rooms prior to installation
- Travel to campuses and storage facilities in the DC/Baltimore area
- Work effectively with other MyFridgeRental staff and college staff to efficiently check the installation process completed by the MyFridgeRental Staff
- Maintain accurate records in google sheets or other related applications while on site.
- Report a problem to the Operations Manager

Requirements:
- Working, fully charged smart phone every day
- Transportation to campus locations
- Ability to work flexible hours ranging from 8a-5p
- Technical ability to use and access Google Apps (sheets, docs, maps, etc) and other basic applications
- Valid drivers license
Compensation:
- Starting at $20 an hour with opportunity for raises based on job performance
