**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, and handle deliveries and pickups for production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as be a safe, and timely driver capable of professionally interacting with vendors. Knowledge of firearms is required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Take orders, process returns, and assist with product-related questions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or sales opportunities
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
**Requirements:**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy boxes
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening
- Fluency in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Experience with upselling or cross-selling techniques is advantageous
