Community Manager
Job Overview:

Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day requirements of assigned properties
- Conduct property inspections and schedule necessary maintenance
- Handle rent collection and enforce payment policies
- Negotiate lease contracts and determine rental rates
- Maintain property records and documentation
- Implement property policies and rules
- Coordinate repairs, emergencies, and preventative maintenance
- Oversee security measures and ensure tenant safety
- Collaborate with vendors for property upkeep
- Advertise vacant spaces and engage in marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
- Knowledge of Real Estate administrative procedures
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative processes
- Experience with data entry, contract management, and LIHTC is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
