As a Customer Service Associate, you will join a team of dedicated customer support representatives to help our customers manage their business by providing prompt, accurate and friendly service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, accurate, timely and professional service to our customers
- Handle incoming calls and emails for orders, product information, pricing, and order issues effectively and accurately
- Explore alternative ways of obtaining and shipping material to meet the customer’s deadlines
- Promote Jaeckle’s value to prospects and customers
- Solicit sale of new or additional products
- Offer new ideas to improve processes and service
Requirements:Requirements:
- Have 1-2 years of consecutive, proven customer service and/or inside sales experience
- Possess excellent communication and inquiry skills to determine the customer’s needs
- Possess strong comprehension, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Confident in decision making
- Be detail oriented and produce accurate work
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
- Ability to build new customer relationships while maintaining current ones
- Be a team player
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills. Ideally 45 WPM or more would be a plus
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
