As an Entry Level Customer Relations Representative, you will interact directly with potential customers on-site at the event.

Entry-Level Customer Relations Representative Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the mission of our charity partner in order to communicate this mission effectively to members of the community
- Follow all client guidelines when accepting donations and ensure each donation is properly recorded
- Provide superior customer relations to both our clients and their consumer base
- Speak and engage with potential donors and customers with the goal of spreading awareness for our clients and the charities they represent
- Answer and customer questions or concerns
- Track and report daily sales and donations
- Participate in internal and external training opportunities
Requirements of an Entry-Level Customer Relations Representative:
- High school diploma/GED or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience working in a customer service, customer relations, or customer support-based role
- Comfortable working with a high-volume of customers on a daily basis
- Must be a team player and able to wear multiple hats
- Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must be local to Mobile area
- Must be able to start immediately
