Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking an experienced Unit Clerk to join our team!
Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Skillman, NJ. At Springpoint, our Unit Clerk is responsible for providing clerical support and assistance to the skilled nursing unit.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and alarms.
- Process Mail.
- Distribute daily weekly and monthly census reports.
- Order supplies for healthcare.
- Process invoices and track budgets for healthcare.
- Assist in maintenance of medical records, thin charts / medical records.
- Schedule doctor appointments and transportation at the direction of the Nursing supervisor.
- Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience as a Unit Clerk or similar role in an LTC/Acute Care/Hospital setting preferred
