- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and job assignments for HVAC technicians.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with clients and customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, working towards effective resolution.
- Billing and Invoicing:
- Generate and process invoices for HVAC services rendered.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- QuickBooks experience.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations:
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of HVAC equipment and materials.
